ClipHunter AI is a media automation and processing platform designed to assist creators by analyzing user-provided long-form video materials, generating transcriptions and synchronized subtitles, and publishing highlight clips to authorized third-party platforms upon direct user command.
When connecting external accounts (including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and VK), you explicitly agree to adhere to the respective platform guidelines:
You retain full intellectual property rights, ownership, and responsibility for all content submitted, processed, or syndicated via ClipHunter AI. You represent and warrant that:
ClipHunter AI requests platform scopes solely to perform creator-directed tasks. Content is published to third-party networks exclusively upon your explicit manual initiation within the interface. ClipHunter AI does not engage in unsolicited, background, or automated distribution without user consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall ClipHunter AI or its operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform account restrictions, API outages, or content moderation decisions enacted by third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at our discretion. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
